Internships
Illinois in Washington does not provide you with an internship. But we do help you in your search for one that best suits your needs and interests. So, while securing the internship is your responsibility, we can help you by
- advising you on how to go about applying for an internship,
- helping you with your cover letter and resume,
- telling you about the successes or failures of past student applicants,
- relating the experience of other students in various internship placements,
and much more.

Your internship offers a learning experience that you can't get in a classroom. The internship experience gives you the opportunity to relate your academic learning to your work in Washington. It will also provide a unique perspective to your studies when you return to campus.
